Dr. Byrd was kind, and professional along with all the staff including the receptionist, nurse and billing/check out clerk. Dr. Byrd performed a biopsy on two places on my face, and thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect on my probable follow up appointment. I highly recommend The Dermatology Clinic.
